Fees

• Customer is highly recommended to pay a yearly fee directly to Wix.com, ranging from $120 to $400 depending on your needs. This fee covers a variety of things such as, but not limited to, removal of ads, increased bandwidth, increased storage. A domain name may add to this fee, as well as privacy and a custom mailbox may do the same. 

• Set-up for each website costs between $200 and $500 depending on the package chosen. 

• Site maintenance for the $200 (Maintenance) Package is $100 monthly. This includes all website updates except for site re-dos.

• All payments are due before the 15th of every month. If this date is passed without payment or notice, a $25 late fee will also be due. Once a payment is late, Petal has the right to discontinue service until payment, with late fee, is made.

• Payments for either package are to begin immediately upon acceptance of the project in the form of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost (excluding the maintenance package's monthly fee as well as Wix fees).

• If the Independent Package is chosen, each change or update requested will result in a $50 fee.

• If the Maintenance Package is chosen, the first month's fee is due with the final payment upon the website's completion. 

• In the event of site maintenance services being terminated, the client must pay a $150 cancellation fee. After 12 months of timely payments, clients become exempt to this cancellation fee.

Website

• Customer is responsible for providing images, written content, and all other requested information in a timely fashion. Loss of contact without prior notice for more than three days may result in termination of service.

• Once the website is live and approved by client via email, text, or call, site re-dos will cost an additional $200. 

• Customer understands that site ownership will not be transferred to the client until all payments are made in full, either $200 site set-up payment with first month's $100 payment included, or full $500 payment, according to package chosen by the client.

Packages

• Independent Package; Simple $500 set-up. No updates included. 

• Maintenance Package; $200 set-up. Updates included, but with an additional $100 monthly fee.

• Social Media Maintenance; Free setup. $100 monthly fee.
